- When booking a property from the website please ensure that all details, including any conditions, dates or rates are confirmed by e-mail, phone, fax or in writing with the owner.
- Worldwide Holiday Rentals only advertises properties on this website, we are not travel agents or a holiday booking company and therefore take no responsibility in the rental or bookings of the properties advertised.
- Worldwide Holiday Rentals has not seen any of the properties advertised on this website so cannot confirm their legitimacy and we therefore give no guarantee of the description, standard or validity of the advertised properties.
- Property owners advertising on this site are required to keep the information shown on their property up to date and accurate. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure they have copyright or necessary permission to use the photos for this website.
- Property owners must ensure they are responsible for answering all enquiries as soon as they possibly can with accurate information even if you don't have any availability.

Once you have an enquiry it's down to the owner to reply as soon as possible, this will ensure the prospective holidaymaker does not book elsewhere, remember, the holidaymaker may have enquired on more than just one property.

- Worldwide Holiday Rentals have the right to remove any property without notice and with no re-fund if found to have inaccurate information or that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- Worldwide Holiday Rentals have the right to edit property pages with the owners consent to comply with our website format.
- Worldwide Holiday Rentals are not responsible for any fraudulent enquiries being made through this website. Please be aware that fraudulent enquiries must be reported as soon as possible, owners must remain vigilant to any suspicious activity.
- Worldwide Holiday Rentals will ensure that all personal information on all our property owners will be strictly private and confidential and will not be passed onto any third party.
- Worldwide Holiday Rentals has no affiliation with any of the links provided, they are solely to be used at the holidaymakers discretion.
- We would also recommend to holidaymakers that when travelling abroad you take out comprehensive travel insurance covering, health, baggage, loss of personal items and cancellation. Although you are unlikely to encounter problems on your trip, we strongly advise you carry the European Health Insurance Card, which replaces form E111.
