We receive you in our Ryad Dar Kaotar Guest House, entirely renovated in the Moroccan tradition, located in the Marrakech Medina at 100 meters of the Bab Aylen door and at 15 minutes with foot of Jemaa El Fna square, Near of the three golfs courses (15 minutes by taxi). As you quietly open the wooden door sculptered, you discover behind its blind frontage an old historical residence, thoroughly confortable and restored. You will taste the magic of Marrakech Medina.
Dar Dakotar house is very spacious: a ground floor giving to the courtyard, a first floor with a gallery and a three level terrace.
You are invited to appreciate the quietness and the peace of your mind as well as the rituals of offering mint tea and sunbath on the terrace. You will enjoy the rustling of life as coming from outside as well.
The walls of the riad are covered with ancient enamalled mosaic squares (Zellige) and (Tadelakte) typically coated with the red ochre of Marrakech. In the middle of the courtyard, a fountain procures a feeling of wellfare through its freshness.
In the ground floor there is an arched kitchen, two large rooms. By two staircases, one can reach the first floor composed of two large rooms including one of more than 5m 30 high and a spacious lounge with two skydomes and a fireplace.
Another staircase gives access to the three level terrace skirted round with railings and grandrails made out of artistic moorish ironwork.
Free internet ADSL WI-FI access in all the riad.

Four bedrooms (Three double bedrooms with one bed and one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed). Two bedrooms are on foot plan and two bedrooms on the first floor on the gallery, all open on the patio.
The bedrooms are with air-conditioned (hot-cold) with private bathroom, private WC and dressingroom.

All services included. The service people in the riad include, a Moroccan director, a cook, a chambermaid and a night watchman. Cloths, covers, household linen and toiletries are provided.
Possibility of half-board or full-board on request with a Moroccan typical menu. The price of the meal is 14 euros per person.
