Our home is situated just off junction 58 (old 24) on the Interstate 4 and is only a 12 minute drive from Disney.
There is a convenience store at the garage about 300 yards away where you can get your milk, papers, and all essentials. The nearest supermarket, a Publix, is a five minute drive away at Champions Gate. You will find a range of shops and restaraunts here and most of them will also deliver food to our home.
There is a local management company who will be happy to help you in the unlikely event of any difficulties.
The nearest golf courses are the ones at Champions Gate and Reunion about 5 minutes away, but there are another 12 within a 15 minute drive of our home. You are welcome to contact us for more details.
The Disney theme parks are only a short drive away and can be found either by driving up the Interstate 4 or, if you want to avoid the traffic, by using the back roads. Because we are so close to the parks guests often choose to go to the parks early, return to our home for a rest and a swim and then return in the evening for the fireworks or other events.
Bedroom(s):
The Pool Room is the master bedroom on the ground floor. It features an extravagant, pillow top, king size bed, dressed as you would expect with quality linens and masses of pillows, a large light wood dresser, matching bedside tables and ample drawer space. For your convenience, there is a separate entrance from the bedroom leading directly onto the pool deck. Full en-suite facilities include a luxurious walk in shower, spacious corner tub, WC and his and hers sinks with additional storage beneath.
The Lake Room is master bedroom 2 located on the first floor, with breathtaking views over the pool and lake, this tasteful room features a queen size bed, cable TV, clock radio, two large closets, chest of drawers, and matching bedside cabinets, complete with bedside lamps, perfect for curling up with a good bedtime read! The sunny en-suite bathroom features a bath/shower combo, single sink and WC.
The Garden Room is a bright room at the front of the villa and it can be made up as either a king bed or as 2 single beds. A remote control TV sits on the dresser and there are bedside table and a clock radion. There is plenty of storage space here.
The Aqua Room is a twin bedded room has a water theme and also has plenty of space for all your clothes and a clock radio.
The Disney Room is a true delight. This beautifully decorated twin bedded room with an enchanting Disney theme is always a favourite amongst our younger guests. Featuring two single beds, ample closet space, bedside cabinets and drawer unit, this beautiful room is also home to a cable TV, VCR, PS2 and a clock radio.

Bathroom 1: Master en-suite with full luxurious en-suite facilities which include a decadent walk in shower, spacious corner tub, WC and his and hers wash basins with additional storage beneath.

Bathroom 3: This spacious bathroom contains a bath/shower combo, WC and his and hers basins.
Half Bathroom: This convenient “powder room” is ideally located in close proximity to the pool and contains a WC and single basin.
Living Room:
At the heart of Ashley Lodge, the tastefully decorated Family Room which overlooks the glistening pool outside, will provide a haven of relaxation with its two large sofas, matching arm chair, remote controlled cable TV, VCR, DVD and hi-fi system. This light and airy room which features high vaulted ceilings, also contains matching coffee and side tables with decorative lamps, beautiful window treatments and complimenting decorative accents.
Kitchen:
Our attractive, modern, fully equipped, open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and additional casual seating has been designed and stocked to provide you with all the convenience of home. It features every possible labour saving device including a large cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, blender and a vast assortment of pots, pans, plates, cups, knives and forks.
And with all those mouths to feed, you’ll never run out of food storage space with our generously proportioned kitchen units.
The main dining room overlooks an attractive private garden area to the side of the property and has access to the pool. The oversized dining table which comfortably seats up to eight guests, will ensure that any meal can be served with flair
Other:
The professionally installed, fully carpeted games room will bring hours of fun and entertainment, with its top of the range facilities and sporting themed décor. Provided for your enjoyment is a pool table with professional overhead lighting, air hockey, table tennis and foosball (table football). There is seating provided for those who would rather watch from the sidelines, or in case you need somewhere to relax, if keeping up with the kids becomes a little too much!

To make certain you and the family always look your best, we have installed top of the range washers and dryers to take care of your day to day laundry needs. There is also a quality iron and ironing board to ensure you are always looking sharp, and a handy vacuum cleaner in case of any accidental spills.
To make your holiday extra special we have some wonderful options for you that are arranged through our management company.
We know that holidays are the time for the family to enjoy themselves together but sometimes it is great to have some time without the children. We can arrange a fully trained nanny to take care of the children for a set time, either to take them out for the day or to sit in with them in the evening. This is a professional, blue riband service as provided to the upmarket Disney resorts. The nannies will bring age appropriate toys and you can enjoy a few hours of relaxation in the knowledge that the children too are having a great time.

All the rental prices shown above are per week.
Pool heat is available if required, recommended November - April at a cost of £100/$190 a week. Our pool is heated by gas which is very important in the cooler months as it will heat the water quickly and continue to work even if you are unfortunate enough to get a cold front coming through.
The hot tub is great fun at any time of the year and is available for £25/$45 a week.
