This fabulous villa is on the Lake Berkley Resort which is a private gated community with a 24 hour security guard at the gate to greet you. The resort offers children's play area, new stocked fishing lakes, tennis, basketball area, nature trail around the lake and private beach with BBQ. Picturesque gazebo for weddings, a private clubhouse with cyber café with free wireless internet, fitness room, large communicial pool and hot tub. A poolside tiki bar is open for all guests to use from 4pm-8pm at Hapimag. The resort benefits from a 24 hour Wal-mart just two minutes drive away.

There are 2 master suites, one with a king size bed and the second with a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has a king size bed, 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and the 5th and 6th bedrooms have twin beds with one being a Disney theme. There are TV's in all 6 bedrooms.

There is also a DVD, VCR and PS2. The large south/west facing pool backs on to a lake where we also have a hot tub by the pool and a BBQ. This villa also has a games room with a pool table, air hockey and a Football table. There is also a computer with FREE internet access or WI-FI if you wish to use your lap top. For the young ones there is also a high chair, cot, stroller and car safety seat. Also a child safety gate for the stairs.
