Our beautiful fully air-conditioned villa consists of 4 bedrooms (2 master, en-suites), 2 twin bedrooms, one Disney themed (101 Dalmatians), 3 bathrooms, showers and private, fully screened south facing swimming pool.
A convenient single level home with numerous amenities, this is a non smoking villa. Accommodates up to 8 guests + cot in complete comfort, and is most tastefully furnished throughout. Ideally suited for two families sharing, who each can have the privacy they deserve. Our home offers two identical sized master bedroom suites with unique full mirrored headboards, king size beds, superior mattresses, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, VCR and each having their own private bathroom/shower and hairdryer.
The south facing (sun all day), fully screened pool and large sun bathing area gives you the opportunity to relax and top up your tan during your time away from the parks. There Is a shaded lanai with comfortable pool furniture, sun loungers, sun chairs, tables, dining table and umbrella. Subtle lighting at night time adds to the ambience along with your cooling drinks and night time swim. There is a BBQ and equipment on the well maintained lawns.
There is a shopping plaza just ¾ of a mile, with a Wynn Dixie's Supermarket, Red Lobster, TJ Fridays, Outback Steak House, Cracker Barrel, Carrabas Italian Restaurant, Gio's Pasta/Pizzas, Subs and Chinese take-away. A Large crazy golf course opened in 2007, there is also a walk-in Medical Centre (just in case!!). You will also find an internet café, Golden Corral and Ponderosa are on adjacent lots and only 3.5 miles to Super Walmart and 1.5 miles to Publix.
Old Town, with it's fabulous Saturday night drive through (8:30 don't miss it!!), live music and family fair are only minutes away. Celebration Town Square, ideal for a relaxing stroll and refreshments is also at hand.
Shopping, shopping, shopping, all the malls are easy to get to but most importantly easier to get back to our villa!!

The 1st twin bedroom is 101 dalmatians themed, with cuddly toys, games, books, cot and all bedding Included.
The 2nd twin bedroom has TV, VCR, ceiling fan, adjoining third bathroom/shower and hairdryer.

Living Room:
The lounge is tastefully and comfortably furnished to a very high standard. It includes cable, LCD TV, (Fox Sports), DVD, VCR, CD, Playstation and games. A good varied selection of films/discs and books and ceiling fan. High speed internet connection and a safety alarmed patio door leading to the pool area.
Kitchen:
The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. Large cooker, grill, fridge freezer, ice maker, dish washer, toaster, blender, microwave oven, kitchen utensils included. Pleasant country style dining area and breakfast bar and all crockery.
Other:
