The apartments are located in a small fishing village in Pedda Varca, the apartments are fully equipped, furnished and decorated to a high western standard. There is a good size swimming pool on site and the wonderful Varca beach is only 5 minutes walk away through the village.

The double bedrooms have double beds, ceiling fans, wardrobes, some have AC and balconies over-looking the pool and well maintained gardens. The single rooms have twin beds, wardrobes, ceiling fans, some have AC and balconies over-looking the pool and well maintained gardens.

The bathrooms come with hot water geezers for continued hot water, shower, wash basin and WC.
Living Room:
The lounge/dining areas have 3 peice suites, cable TV, dining table and chairs. Balconies that over-look the swimming pool and well maintained gardens.

The kitchen's come with stove top, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, everything you should need. Some air-conditioned apartments have automatic washing machines.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Maid service 6 days a week, linen change once a week and clean towels 6 days a week.
Beach:
Varca beach within 5 minutes walk.
Further Details:
There are 2 very good supermarkets within walking distance, bike, scooter and car hire can be arranged.
