In the large garden there are mature trees, grapevines and fruit trees where you will be sure to relax with a tot of the local plum brandy. A river runs at the rear of the property, ideal for swimming and fishing. A short distance from the villa are the villages of Cherni Osam, Oreshak and the town of Troyan where there are a host of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, museums, monasteries and churches for you to explore.
