The property has 2 balconies so all day sun is possible. The nearest swimming pool is a couple of minutes walk away with many bars and restaurants on the complex. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and hypermarkets a short drive away. There are many Spanish restaurants within 15-20 minutes drive. There is also a newly completed marina on the complex.
The apartment is about 15-20 minutes drive from Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos and is only a short drive from the motorway making it an ideal base for discovering the whole island.

Nearest sandy beach is about 10 minutes drive away but there is a pebbly beach within a short walk.
