The large open plan living area is furnished to a very high standard to include satellite TV and DVD/CD player. There is air-conditioning and radiator heating for the cooler months.

The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob and cooker. Patio doors lead outside to a covered terrace, with table and chairs and excellent views across the golf course.
Other:
On the top floor there is another large terrace/ solarium with magnificent fairway views and two further sun loungers.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The property clean is 70 euros and a mid-week clean can be arranged.
Beach:
Long sandy beaches just 15 minutes away, are the regions top attraction, most with palm tree lined promenades with many having children's play areas close by.
