Villa Oasis is a seaside summer holiday vacation rental offering self-catering accommodation. In a traditional countryside complex, next to pinewood and sandy beach, we offer one villa, 4 apartments and 2 studios for rent. All of them are air-conditioned, with fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi internet connection. All of them offer a superb view over the sea and the pinewoods of north Kassandra.
The traditional countryside house is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with parking, barbeque and children playing yard. The only road access to the seashore, 100 meters away, starts from the property. So the long sandy beach is practically private. Sea is clear shallow and proper for children.
Villa Oasis seaside vacation rental is located in the beginning of Kassandra, the western peninsula of Halikidiki. The point is ideal to start your day excursions to discover Kassandra, Sithonia, mount Athos and mount Holomontas in the mainland. The wildest nightlife, the most luxury resorts and the best cultural events of Halkidiki are less than 15km away.
THE VILLA
The villa we rent has been designed for private use. Summer 2007 was the first time we rented it. It occupies the west part of Villa Oasis building. The description that follows is short because pictures in the album can say much more.
The ground floor entrance is from the patio in the garden. You pass directly in a (40sqm) living room with fire place and traditional furniture with 4 big sofas and small round tables. Dinning room and kitchen area (26sqm) are in an extension of the living room 2 steps lower. There are 8 chairs by the table and the kitchen is completely equipped.
From the kitchen a small corridor starts. At your left there is a bathroom with bath-tub and in frond of you a bedroom (16sqm) with a double and a single bed.
From the living room there are stairs going upstairs. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms a bathroom with shower and the upper floor exit. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second two single ones. Both bedrooms have exit to a balcony with fantastic view.
All rooms are air conditioned with 5 independent units and all bedrooms have closets. There is a TV set and free broadband Wi-Fi internet connection. Hot water is free but electricity (mainly for air conditioning) is extra charged 0.2 euro per Kwh.
Linen and towels are changed twice a week. All cleaning equipments are provided and villa is delivered clean. We can also arrange cleanings with an extra cost of 30 euro per cleaning.

Other:
The 4000sqm property of Villa Oasis is surrounded by fence with gates to the road and to the sea and offers safety to kids. Children playing yard with swings, table games in barbeque and 1500sqm of loan permit them to play without annoying anybody. There is also parking for 10 cars under the shadow of big trees.
Barbeque area is the most beloved place after the beach. You can grill on coal and enjoy dinning with friends, or just relax with a book and your afternoon coffee. The big refrigerator keeps your drinks frozen wile you are enjoying the music system and the cool sea breeze that blows the warm hours of the day.
But most of all we are proud about our flowers that blossom all summer. Our flowerbeds, bushes and trees are carefully chosen to join with harmony with the pinewood of the coast. Their colours, shapes and perfumes make our place a small paradise, a real oasis next to the wild nature of the coast.
You will love spenting your time in our flowergarden and you will understand why we claim that Villa Oasis offers much more than rooms to let or bed and breakfast in Kassandra Halkidiki (Chalkidiki).

Beach:
Summer vacations mainly mean sea and fun. Kassandra, the first peninsula of Halkidiki , is famous for its nature, clear sea water and long sandy beaches. It is also famous for its all day beach-bars, the wild night life and the cultural events. Villa Oasis is a traditional seaside country house, build 100m from the sea and 30m above.
A 300m long privet road, through the pinewood, connects our garden with the coast. It is the only road connection to the long sandy beach which in practice is privet and never crowded. It is offered for swimming, sun burning, games, walking and fishing.
The wide sandy area, between pine trees and sea water is some kilometers long and offers many lonely places. Water is clean, warm, shallow, proper for children and usually calm. The bottom is interesting. Large clean areas with thin white sand are interrupted by small under-surface hills covered with alga. Small fish can be seen anywhere.
By the end of our privet road, there is a large area, more than 200 meters long, where the bottom of the sea is clean and sandy. At this point the depth of the water increases slowly and gradually and 100m from the shore is still 1.50 meter deep. On the shore there are tends of reed to provide shadow for our guests.

Villa Oasis apartments and studios is the ideal place to start your day excursions to discover Chalkidiki, the secret paradise of Greece. It is in the middle of all distances. We are located 75 km south of Thessaloniki in the beginning of Kassandra, the first peninsula of Chalkidiki.
The long sandy beaches of Kassandra, the small bays of Sithonia, the wild forests of mount Holomontas and the tour of the monasteries of Mount Athos by boat are waiting for you.
We are also in the middle between New Potidea and New Fokea or New Moudania (commercial center) and Kallithea, (night life center) or Afitos (traditional village) and Sani complex (luxury resort).The wildest nightlife, the most luxury resorts and the best cultural events of Chalkidiki are less than 15km away.
From our relaxing beach to the most crowded all day beach bars, and from the small romantic taverns on the beach to the famous summer festivals in Sani, Siviri and New Moudania, everything is so close.
