The open plan lounge has a flat screen TV with over 70 channels, DVD, VCR, stereo systems and films, books, games, magazine and CD's. Patio doors leading onto pool area.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. The dining room has a large glass table and seats 6 people.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, king size bed, 6'6" x 6'8", TV, patio doors leading out onto the pool and Ceiling fan. En-suite bathroom with large corner bath, large walk-in shower, WC, double 'Hollywood' style vanity unit with electric points, hairdryer and large walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, TV, large wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with, TV, large wardrobe and ceiling fan
Bedroom 4: Bunk bedroom, single on top, double underneath, TV, large wardrobe and toy box.

Master en-suite bathroom with large corner bath, large walk-in shower, WC, double 'Hollywood' style vanity unit with electric points and hairdryer. The 2nd bathroom with full size bath with shower over, WC, vanity unit, elecric points and hairdryer.
Living Room:

Kitchen:
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. Telephone with answering machine local calls are free. Breakfast nook that seats 4 people.
Other:
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, hoover and fire extinguisher. The garage is mainly carpeted with a sofa, in here you can find the pool toys, flotation devices and the electric table-top grill for use on the patio.
We also provide shatterproof tableware for your safety and off road parking outside in the double garage.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
All linens and towels (except beach towels) are provided. The villa is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. However, if you would like extra cleaning during your stay this can be arranged with our management company for a fee.
Beaches:
East Coast: Daytona beach - about 60 miles, New Smyrna beach - less than an hour away by car and Cocoa beach - about 40 miles away.
Gulf (West) Coast: St Pete's beach - about 105 miles, Sarasota beaches - about 140 miles, 2½ hours drive and Clearwater beach - about 110 miles.
South Coast: Miami beach - approx 230 miles, Florida Keys - approx 230 miles to Key Largo and 370 miles to Key West.

Please note that all doors leading on to the pool area are alarmed in accordance with Florida state law. Pool heating is optional and costs £85 / $165 per week.
Booking Details
| Booking Details | A booking deposit of £100/$175 per week booked is required with the booking form. A security deposit of £100/$175 is payable with the balance, this is refundable upto 21 days after the end of your holiday as long as no damages or loss has been reported by our management company. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Stays of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning fee of £45/$90, you can pay by cheque or Paypal (3% fee). |
