Quaint villa situated in a pretty residential area of Quesada. Quiet location, yet only minutes away from the golf club house, restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops and banks. One of two communal swimming pools is situated just behind the villa.
Quesada also offers tennis courts, bowling and aqua park. It is a level 15 minute walk into the traditional Spanish town of Rojales which offers bars, restaurants and weekly markets, Nearby four further golf courses and 200 miles of sandy beaches.
There are seven sleeping spaces, however for the comfort of our guests we only consider the villa to be comfortable for either 4 adults or 2 adults, 3 children and a baby. We have put extra sleeping spaces should a group of golfers not wish to share a double bed or if guests have either friends or family who may wish to stay over for a night. The villa is not suitable for 7 guests on a weekly basis.

Large 30m2 solarium with views over the 18th fairway. Also a completely secluded courtyard for that all over tan. Both terraces equipped with sunbeds, tables, chairs and 1 portable BBQ.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Personal meet and greet service no matter how late your arrival. Fully serviced between lets, additional cleaning can be arranged. All linen, towels and plenty of comfy pillows supplied.
Although there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk from the villa for guests arriving on a Sunday or late arrivals we will offer: complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar and water for your first 24 hours. We can purchase any additional items on your behalf.
Beach:
Guardamar if the nearest and also our favourite beach offering long sandy beaches. Nearby are other beaches offering interesting coves to explore.
Further Details:
The main attraction is la Marquesa golf course. Quesada also offers 2 country clubs and a 7 acre aqua park.
