Lovely villa set on 500m2 plot with large private heated pool and only minutes away from the sea and golf club as well as having shops and restaurants only minutes away.

1 master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and king size bed, remaining 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each, one has TV with XBOX and games, there is another full bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling and floor fans.

En-suite has bath, shower, bidet, toilet and large basin. 2nd bathroom has bath, shower, toilet and basin.

Glass table sits 6, 2 x 3 seater sofas, glass coffee table, TV with freeview, music centre and ceiling fans.

Fully fitted kitchen with a separate utility room.
Other:
Roof top terrace has sea and golf course views and provides very private and windy sunbathing to cool you off. There is a table football in the garden, the pool is 10m long x 4m wide and 1.5m deep. The only shallow area are roman steps.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Mid week clean provided, on 2 or more weeks stay. long term rentals accepted, linen and towels provided. Food packs can be requested and will need to be paid for on arrival.
Beach:
Beaches in caleta are very sheltered from the breakers terefore provide safe swimming for everyone. The beaches are white and there are plenty of sun loungers for hire. There are restaurants and bars very close by as well as plenty of parking should you have cr hire or are only 10-15 minutes slow walk from the villa.
Further Details:
Large supermarket, banks, cinema, game centre and internet access are all located in the shopping centre opposite the resort. More shops and reastaurants are to be found in Caleta De Fuste Centre, 20 minutes walk away from the resort or 5 minutes by car. Taxis are inexpensive and available to collect from the villa.
