Our comfortable, newly built villa is located on the top of a hill above the bay of Aghia Paraskevi and sleeps up to 9 persons. It is built on two levels. The main entrance leads to a spacious room where you will find the living room with the fireplace, the dining room and the open kitchen.
A large balcony door leads to the 40m2 terrace with stunning views on the bay of Aghia Paraskevi, the garden and the hills planted with olive trees and pines trees. On this terrace you can find a wooden dining room table for 8 persons. A staircase leads to the lower level, where the three bedrooms are found.
Bedroom(s):
The master bedroom has a double bed and a baby bed. It has its own bathroom with wc and shower. The second bedroom has three single beds (possibility of a fourth one). The third bedroom has a double bed.
Each room leads to a shady terrace with stunning views and an access to the garden. There is a fourth sleeping area with a double bed on a mezzanine floor above the living room with its own bathroom.

The villa has three bathrooms with WC and shower. One en-suite with the master bedroom. One with a washing machine for the 2nd and the 3rd bedrooms and one for the mezzanine.
Living Room:
The main entrance leads to a spacious room where you will find the living room with the fireplace, the dining room and the open kitchen.
Kitchen:
The kitchen, with cupboards made of cherry tree, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, electric cooker with oven and a fridge with a big freezer.

Skiathos town offers a busy cosmopolitan nightlife, a wide selection of local tavernas, and a truly picturesque harbour with waterfront cafes and ouzerias.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Cleaning twice per week, linen and towels are provided.
Beach:
Our beach in Aghia Paraskevi bay where our villa is located is also one of the most beatiful on the island and has been awarded the Blue Flag.
