Our 250 year old stone home is packed with character, near beaches, green fields dotted with standing stones, ancient chateau and villages of stone and slate. Horseback riding, golf, swimming, walking trails and kayaking are nearby.

Three beautiful upstairs bedrooms accommodate up to six people in splendid comfort. Curtained windows, paintings, armoirs and tapestries are in each room.
One with double bed, one with two singles and one with queen bed.

Bathroom(s):
There are two upstairs bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a sunken bath. Included is a washer and tumble dryer.
Living Room:
The large tiled salon/dining room is filled with the carved wood furniture native to Brittany, complete with a stone fireplace, a large sofa, two comfortable reading chairs and an ottoman. The TV (UK TV), DVD´s with movie selections and CD player (CD´s from jazz to rock) are in their own armoir with board games, puzzles and cards for quiet evenings.
Kitchen:
A step up from the dining area under the stone lintel is the large and modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, double sink, electric hob and dishwasher. In keeping with the age of the home are partially exposed stonewalls. We have a large kitchen farm table with bench to share a glass of wine while the cook is busy.
Other:
The terrace is accessed thru the garage, is decked and has a lovely osier/willow fence and a flowering trellis over the kitchen window. A BBQ, table and chairs for 4 with a view of the church and its storied clock tower.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
All linens and towels are supplied, except beach towels which you must supply.
Beach:
If you are staying at our holiday gite in Brittany, France then the closest beach is in Penvenan, just 10 minutes away, with views of rocky islands, restaurants, creperies and boats to rent.
Sandy beaches are Les Dunes, Roc´h Annick, Le Rocher du Voleur at Port Blanc, and le Bilo in Bugueles. Shingle beaches are close by in Plougrescant and Gouermel (with a darling Creperie across the road) Pors Scaff and Pors Hir.
The resort beaches of Perros-Guirec (Trestrignel and Trestraou.) are just 15 minutes away.
Further Details:
Langoat is within easy reach of several coves and sandy beaches, and children and teenagers will enjoy the nearby Amoripark with its swimming pool, boating lake and other amusements.
The nearby town of Lannion has attractive old timbered buildings and cobbled streets and its tidal river is especially attractive to kayakers while cyclists enjoy the bike paths along its banks.
This region offers a wealth of interesting places to visit: perhaps spend the day exploring the lovely old port of Paimpol, or have a meal in Perros Guirec and take a leisurely stroll along the harbor afterwards.
Booking Notes: There is a 100 euro security deposit to be made at the last payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure after a satisfactory final inspection of the property.
