Beautiful, luxuriously furnished luxury villa with private swimming pool. The villa, which is on the outskirts of Valbonne is a guarded exclusive complex with use of 3 tennis courts, large communal pool, volleyball field and childrens playground.
The villa is on flat grounds of approx. 2,000 sq.m. The villa has a large lawn, spacious terrace facing south with view of the declining swimming pool of 8m x 4m. There are sun beds by the pool and a dining table and chairs on the beautifully situated terrace. There is also a barbeque.
Furthermore, there is a shared swimming pool which can be fun for the children. The beaches of Cannes and Antibes are approx. 15 km. away. Valbonne and Biot which are nearby are lovely Provengal villages with many fine restaurants.

The villa is clean when you arrive. The villa will be cleaned after your stay.

Valbonne is a very charming old Provençal village with a 17th century town centre, lovely shops and several fine restaurants. Situated amidst pine woods and olive groves.
In the vicinity of Valbonne there are many charming small towns to visit: Biot, Mougins, St. Paul de Vence and of course the beaches of Cannes and Antibes.
