Welcome to The Hideaway Spa Guest house, a beautiful finca located in the Montgo National Park close to the sea. A great place to take a get away from it all break.
The property is situated above the port of Javea a working fishing port. There is also a marina, a promenade with lively cafes and bars and many interesting shops. This is within 5 minutes by road. Or take the cliff path from the San Antonio lighthouse which winds its way down to the port. The walk takes around 20 minutes. On windy days surfers are out in abundance (When the wind is in the East). Not far away is the sandy Arenal beach which is great for children. There are several play areas on the beach.
In Javea Port there is 'The fisherman's church' which is unique in design. The roof of the church is like the hull of a boat. When seen from above it looks like something from 'War of the worlds'. Just a little way along the ridge from the finca are a row of windmills now sadly disused dating from the 13th century. Used for grinding corn that was grown on the terraces by the monks from the nearby monastery. For a holiday with a difference choose the Hideaway, Javea.
We have a heated pool, Canadian jacuzzi hydro massage hot tub and infra red sauna. There is also a garden gymnasium. Mountain bike hire and airport collection are optional extras.
From the door there are walks in the forest along rugged cliff tops with views to Ibiza and Valencia. In the spring the forest comes alive with rare species of wild flowers and the air quality has been proclaimed by the World Health Organisation to be the cleanest on the planet.
Although in peaceful surroundings we are only five minutes away from the pretty little port of Javea with interesting shops, bars and excellent restaurants.
We have double rooms with en suites and a more economical twin room with separate bathroom.
All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities including supplies and complementary bottled water and a small bar fridge.
For winter breaks we have excellent heating and even a log fire in one of our lounges, satellite TV and internet.
In Spring 2009 we will also have self catering on a room basis for a really economical holiday. Or choose B&B with meal options. The choice is yours.

Beach:
To the North there are miles of golden sands stretching almost to Valencia. In Javea we have The Arenal beach and many interesting scenic coves nearby.
Further Details:
Locally we have cliff top and forest walks, the scenery is spectacular.
