Brown room provides 2 full size beds, Blue and Peach room provide 3 full size beds, all rooms have a full size futon, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, television, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenette, and a full bathroom. The rooms are brand new, very clean and very spacious.

200 feet from the beach, calm side of the Caribbean sea, 5 minute drive to local surf areas.
Booking Notes: Prices start at $75.00 per night for 2 guests, an additional $15.00 per person there after. 2 children under 12 years old are free, a $10.00 fee for additional children under 12. Puerto Rico tourism room tax not included.
