Sunset Lakes is a small gated community which has its own community pooland childrens play area. Boating and fishing are permitted on the lake. Close to the Disney parks it is also within easy reach of other amenities you may need and is within easy travelling distance of the space coast and the gulf coast.
Villa Hunnypot is a luxury villa providing stunning views over one of the two private lakes. All rooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans in all of the main rooms. The 30 x 14 foot north facing pool can be optionally heated and has multi coloured underwater lighting. The pool deck has a large shaded covered porch with light and ceiling fan.
The villa offers two master suites and two twin bedded rooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a family room, dining room, breakfast nook, quiet lounge, utility room and games room. The games room is equipped with a 10 in 1 games table, PS2, books and board games. There is also a PC providing free internet access.
Bedroom(s):
Bedroom 1: Master suite, with king sized bed, cable TV and its own balcony overlooking the lake.
Bedroom 2: Master suite, the second with direct access to the pool has twin double beds and cable TV.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room with a shared bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Twin bedded room with a shared bathroom and is also Winnie the Pooh themed.

Bathroom(s):
Both ensuite bathrooms feature twin wash hand basins, bath, large shower cubicle, toilet and large walk in closets. The third bathroom features wash hand basin, bath, over bath shower and toilet.
Living Room(s):
The family room overlooks the pool, lake and has a large cable TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, stereo and radio. The breakfast nook leading from the kitchen has seating for 6 people and directly overlooks the pool. The formal dining room and 'quiet lounge' lead from the other end of the kitchen.
Kitchen:
The kitchen looks directly onto the family room and provides a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and waste disposal unit. The many fitted cupboards hold crockery and pans etc. The kitchen also provides coffee maker, electric juicer, toaster and blender. Crockery and cutlery is provided for our smaller guests.
Other:
Utility room has large washing machine and tumble drier. Games room offers 10 in 1 games table, a selection of books and board games, cable TV, PS2 plus games, PC with internet access.
Shaded lanai has ceiling fan and light plus table and chairs so that you can enjoy the sunset over the lake. Poolside seating is also provided.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Local management company provide excellent service and backup. The villa is cleaned before and after each letting. All bed linen and an ample supply of towels are provided and a mid stay clean can be an optional extra.
