Mickeys House was thoroughly refurbished at Christmas 2007 making it a luxurious and comfortable holiday home from home.
Our villa has a large, south facing pool deck. There is a pool and spa which can be heated on request. We have recently installed a hot tub and double hammock for the comfort of our guests. Al fresco dining is catered for, a gas BBQ and dining set are yours to use.
Wireless internet is here, so just bring your laptop. There is parking for two cars on the drive.
Tuscan Ridge is about 15 minutes drive from Disney with easy access to all other parks and attractions. A full guide with hints and tips will be available to guests. Tuscan Ridge is about 1 hours drive to the beach. There is a tots playground, volley ball court and community gym on the community, for the use of our guests.
The closest supermarket, Publix, is about 5 minutes drive and a range of other shops can be found at this location, including banks and restaurants.
Two Super Walmarts are within 9 miles, north or south, and have everything you could possibly need and at great value too.
A new shopping centre has just opened, 4 miles south of Tuscan Ridge. Shops here include Target, Belks, JC Penney, Books-a-million, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Staples, Ross Dress For Less, Michaels and PetSmart.
Disney World Maingate is a 15 minute drive and International Drive, Seaworld, Universal Studios and the water parks are about 20-25 minutes drive.

Bedroom(s):
First Master Suite: has a queen size bed with 40 inch HDTV with DVD player and cable channels. There are patio doors which lead to the lanai on the pool deck. You can see from the pictures there is a large dresser with plenty of storage, two nightstands by the bed with lamps. We have a large walk-in closet with a safe for your valuables. The ensuite bathroom completes this luxurious suite.
Second Master Suite: has a queen size bed with 37in TV with DVD player and cable channels. This room also has their own doors to the lanai on the pool deck. A large chest of drawers for storage and two nightstands with lamps. The large wall closet will hold all your clothing with space to store suitcases out of the way. The ensuite bathroom completes this fabulous suite.
One twin room: has two full size single beds. On the chest of drawers, there is a cable TV with VCR and a selection of childrens videos. A large wall closet will hold all your clothes, with room to store your luggage out of the way.The twin rooms share the family bathroom.
The other twin room: has two full size single beds. On the chest of drawers, there is a cable TV with VCR. This room also has a PS2 games console with games, hand and steering wheel controller. A large wall closet will hold all your clothes with room to store your luggage, out of the way.The twin rooms share the family bathroom.

Bathroom(s):
The master en-suites have large corner bathtubs, big enough for two people, large walk-in showers and separate WC. His 'n' Hers vanity units with cupboard and drawer storage. Hairdryers and hair straighteners are also included. Towels and shower mats are provided.
The family bathroom has bathtub with anti-slip surface, and a shower over, vanity unit with hairdryer and WC. Towels and bath mats are provided.
Living Room:
The family room has a huge leather corner suite which has multiple recliners, so you can sit an relax watching the 60in HDTV with many cable channels. In the TV unit there is also a DVD player to use with our DVD film library and a stereo music centre should you wish to listen to the radio or bring along your favourtite CD's. All these with surround sound.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has every appliance necessary for easy catering. A large four ring gas stove with Microwave built in above. We have a huge American side-by-side fridge/freezer which can supply cubed or crushed ice and chilled water.
There is a full size dishwasher that can cope with all the families washing up needs. The sink has a waste disposal unit. All small appliances, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster etc. can be found in the cupboards and we have a large pantry for all your storage needs.
Two fulls sets of tableware and cutlery are here along with glassware. Unbreakable dining and glass ware for al-fresco eating on the pool deck.
Plenty of pots and pans and a set of storage containers for those 'to-go leftovers' you bring back from the local restaurants.
Other:
The utility room has a full size washer and dryer to use while staying in our villa. Should you wish to iron any items, there is an ironing board and iron available, although many things can just be folder straight from the large capacity tumble dryer.
Broom, dustpan and brushes and a vacuum cleaner can also be found in the utility room.
The dining room can seat six persons, serving ware, table condiments and candles are here for formal dining.
There is also a four seater table in the nook, just by the kitchen and there are stools by the breakfast bar. The nook and breakfast bar is the place for casual breakfasts unless you want to eat on the deck in the Florida sunshine.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The villa is cleaned before guests arrive and after departure. Full change of bed linen is supplied. Towels for use in the bathrooms and at the poolside can also be found in the linen closets.
Beach:
Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to our home, approximately one hours drive.
Further Details:
There are so many theme parks within easy driving distance, it is sometimes difficult to choose what to see. Full details of these are available by email should you want any guidance.
Shopping is fabulous in Florida and we have a comprehensive list of Malls and Flea Markets which we will supply to our guests.
Eating out is really good value in Florida. We supply a list of local restaurants in our booking pack.
The villa is within easy reach of many championship golf courses located in and around Orlando, Florida. Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman, and Highlands Reserve are only 5 minutes drive from Tuscan Ridge. A list of local golf courses, with discounts coupons, will be made available to our guests.
You really need to take advantage of the coupons that are available locally, as you can often save up to 15% on a bill, which covers the tip that will be expected. We provide a list of websites and suggestions of locations where you can find discount coupons for lots of attractions and shows around the area.
There are plenty of 'other' attractions to visit in Florida if you want a change from theme parks. A list of these will also be supplied in our booking pack.
