Our aim is to make your stay at our home in Florida as carefree and enjoyable as possible.
The villa has its own heated screened pool, and is situated in the Buenaventura Lakes area of Kissimmee, an already established community (no noise or dust from construction work) being only 16 minutes from Orlando International airport and 15 minutes from Disneys main gate makes it an ideal place to spend your holiday.
Located near Disneyland and other Orlando tourist attractions, equipped with everything with everything you need for a luxury holiday.
Situated just a couple of turning from the extended Osceola Parkway which for people who (like me) have no sense of direction is great as it leads straight to Disneys front door, the 417 Greenway, Florida Turnpike, Orange Blossom Trail and 192 roads are all close by giving a springboard to explore the area.
3 minutes away is Ventura Downs shopping Mall, where there are grocery and supermarket stores, Blockbuster video hire, the obligatory Dollar store, fast food outlets, pizza places, bank and loads more.
In the event you should need a Doctor or Dentist, both are within 4 minutes reach from the villa.
24 hour WalMart is just 1.25 miles away. The Loop and Loop West Floridas newest shopper/dining experience is just 6 minutes away, here you will find shops, such as JC Penny, Kohls, Books a Million, Circuit City, Best Buy, Belk, and with many varied restaurants which will cater for almost every taste, and a 16-screen cinema complex.
The Villa is an ideal family home, in fact, what could be better than after a hard day at the parks to come back to your own air-conditioned retreat, put your feet up for an hour, enjoy a cup of coffee/tea or perhaps a quick dip in the refreshing pool, before returning for an evenings enjoyment at one of Orlando the major attractions, perhaps dine out at one of the many restaurants in the area, the choice is endless!
The pool and patio area are very private, NOT being overlooked by neighbours on either side, something that is becoming increasingly RARE these days in Florida.
The pool (which can be heated) is due south facing and screened for your comfort, the screen keeps the insects out, but allows the sun through. From the moment you wake until the end of the day the sun shines on this idyllic spot, benefiting from overlooking a conservation area.
Lanai/patio area is furnished with deep cushioned reclining sun loungers, plus patio furniture for al fresco dining.

Bedroom(s):
The master bedroom (en-suite) is furnished with plenty of drawer space, dressing table and a large closet (for all those extra clothes you cannot resist buying!) as you would expect a TV and clock-radio are in the room, large patio doors lead directly onto the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has a double sized walk-in shower, his and hers wash-basins, W.C and a large linen closet.
The second double bedroom Is large, has a queen-size bed (5ft), TV, clock radio, with plenty of drawer space, dressing table and walk-in closet.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are both of a generous size, both have 2 twin beds, large built-in closets with folding doors and plenty of drawer space.
All bedrooms have their own individuality, and one has been especially themed with our younger guest in mind.

The villas has 3 bathrooms, the en-suite bathroom has a double walk in shower, his and hers wash basins, WC and closet for towels and linens. The family bathroom has bath tub with shower, WC and wash basin and the 3rd bathroom has a double walk in shower, WC and large washbasin.
Living Room(s):
2 separate lounge/family rooms - both have 2 and 3 seat comfy sofas, mood lighting, 1 has a TV the other overlooks the pool and has a book selection, plus radio/CD player with music selection.
Kitchen:
Newly installed cabinets, overlooks swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic/glass top cooker, over range microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker,coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, blender, and more than ample crockery/cutlery/glassware - plastic provided for pool/outside use.
Other:
Lanai - 28' x 12' carpeted - which has table 8 chairs for al fresco dining, hot tub and deep cushioned reclining sunbeds, utility room, new washer and drier, iron and board. Games room - just a small part of the garage has foosball, air hockey and electronic darts, still leaving room to park 1 car, there is parking on driveway for 3 more cars.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Towels and linens provided, a mid-stay clean can be arranged and paid for locally - swimming pool heat £70 per week and hot tub heat £15 per week.
