The apartment is situated on the sunny southern slope of Fürth, a small village situated between the picturesque Austrian towns of Zell am See and Kaprun and just a couple of minutes away from pristine skiing territory on the free
The self-catering apartment comprises of two good-sized twin bedrooms, one small internal room with a bunkbed, a large lounge with a traditional Austrian wood-burning stove and fantastic views of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier and Kaprun.
The lounge leads onto a 10 sqm south-facing heated balcony (with fantastic views of Austria's highest peak Grossglockner) and has a large corner sofa which turns into a large double bed. There is also a large, open plan kitchen and dining room with a table with seating for eight people. Furthermore there is a bathroom and separate WC and shower room. The total size of the aprtment is approximately 90 sqm.

Further Details:
The nearest and largest ski area is Schmittenhohe which is just above the town of Zell am See. The Areitbahn ski lift which takes you to the top of the mountain is 4 minutes away on the free ski bus. To catch the bus from the chalet go to the bottom of the hill (Hochfeld Road), through the tunnel and wait at bus stop 20.
The Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn ski areas are both above Kaprun. Maiskogel
is the smallest of the three ski areas with lifts starting at the outskirts of Kaprun, 5 minutes away from the chalet on the free ski bus.
The Kitzsteinhorn ski area is high at 3203m and includes a glacier, it's open 50 weeks a year and is a further 10 minutes up the valley on the free ski bus. To catch the bus from the chalet go to the bottom of the hill (Hochfeld Road), but do not go through the tunnel, instead go up onto the road and catch the bus on the nearest side.
All the major lifts have free parking, ski hire and information by the base station. There are plenty of mountain restaurants and bars to enjoy après ski.
