Located within Sunrise Lakes, a prestigious quiet community on Interstate 27, just 2 minutes drive to the 192 and an abundance of shops and restaurants. Massive Walmarts store 500 metres away for all your essentials.
Our extremely spacious Villa is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans to boot.
This is open plan to the fully stocked kitchen. The games room has a pool table, bar football (foosball), and electronic darts.
The South facing heated pool is drenched in sun from early morning through to sunset, and has a fibre optic underwater light that changes colour for you to enjoy at night. There are plenty of loungers and a table and chairs. The pool has a fully retractable netting to stop children from falling into the pool.
Our management team have a 24 hour emergency service. The villa will be pristine for your arrival.

Bedroom 1: The Master bedroom has it's own access to the pool, Cable TV, King size bed, walk-in-wardrobe, and an en-suite to die for.
Bedroom 2: Has a queen size bed, TV, and plenty of closet space.
Bedroom 3: Is a twin room with TV and plenty of closet space.
Bedroom 4: Another twin room with TV and plenty of closet space.

Bathroom(s):
The Master bathroom has a walk-in shower, his 'n' hers sinks, WC and round bath.
The 2nd bathroom has a bath, shower, his 'n' hers sinks, WC, cupboard housing plenty of fluffy towels. Both bathrooms have hair dryers.
Living Room(s):
We have 2 living areas, the quiet lounge, with 2 and 3 seater sofas (3 seater is a sleeper) is open plan to the formal dining area. The TV lounge has seating for at least six, with massive TV, DVD, video, X-Box, CD and radio all with surround sound.
Kitchen:
This is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, double fridge freezer with ice-maker being a few of the conveniences. There is ample cutlery and cooking utensils in the cupboards. There is also a filter coffee maker, 4 slice toaster and also a breakfast nook, with table and 4 chairs.
Other:
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging space.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The villa will be pristine on your arrival, and you will have spare sheets, blankets, and towels in the cupboards. Maid service can be arranged at further cost ($100 per clean).
Beach:
Disney have 2 fantastic beaches at there water parks. The nearest natural beaches are, cocoa beach (45 minutes), Daytona beach (1 hour 15 minutes) and Clearwater (1 hour 15 minutes).

| Booking Details | A £200 deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment will be required 8 weeks prior to departure (we will email you when this is due). At this point we require a fully refundable £200 damage waiver, returned to you within 3 weeks of your homecoming when it is confirmed all is well. |
