Due to the location of the apartment, all of this Coasts major resorts and family attractions can be reached in under 15 minutes to include Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola, Benalmedena, Mijas, Aqualand, Tivoli World, Cable Cars, Marine Land, Fuengirola Zoo etc.

Bedroom(s):
Master with double bed, 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and double sofa bed in lounge. En-suite to master bedroom and sea view. All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and hairdryers. There is air-conditioning in all rooms.

Bathroom(s):
Both finished in high quality cream marble. Both have a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and wash basins.

Living Room:
2 large cream leather sofas (1 is a bed settee), Satellite TV, DVD player and assortment of family films. Ipod docking station, sea view and patio doors to the terrace.

Kitchen:
Very well equipped, large fidge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and cool box. 

Other:
The apartment has a utility terrace and storage cupboard off the kitchen, childrens beach toys and clothes airers.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Prices for our apartment are per week and include a meet and greet service, linen, towels (not beach towels, please bring your own), air-conditioning, reasonable electricity costs and final cleaning.

Beach:
2 Lovely sandy and safe beaches both only a 5  minute drive away, beach bars, sunbeds and watersports.

Further Details:
Please contact us for full information on local resorts and places to visit such as Marbella (10 minutes) Puerto Banus (15 minutes) and Mijas (15 minutes).

Booking Notes: We require a 20% or £150 non-refundable deposit (whichever is the greatest) upon booking and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

In addition to the balance, a £200 re-fundable deposit against breakages/damage or lost keys is also required at this time, which will be re-funded once the apartment has been checked following your departure.
