Our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is ideally situated in a quiet location but only a couple of minutes walk from the reception/clubhouse. It is fully air-conditioned with all the usual home comforts to make your stay as pleasurable and stress free as possible.
Our home is fully air-conditioned with additional room fans for your comfort. A brick paved driveway for parking 2 cars is situated at the front of our home with lawned areas surrounding.
Our home is located on the prestigious 4* rated Regal Palms Resort and Spa which is a private resort featuring an extensive 2.5 acre tropical pool with 2 heated pools, a lazyriver, waterslide, zero entry pool, waterfalls, outdoor hot tub and childrens play area. A gated community just 8 miles from Disney World.

After a busy day at the theme parks let the children play in our beautiful tropical pool complex while you relax, catch some sun and chill out!
Within the clubhouse is the 24 hour reception and guest services. Beyond the reception is a casual dinning restaurant/bar showing live sporting events on large screen t.v's. A business centre with internet access and a games room can also be found within the clubhouse.
For those wanting to keep fit we have a state of the art fully equipped gym with a sauna, steam room and indoor hot tub. If its a little pampering you need then look no further than our Spa, with various treatments available.
Adjacent to the resort is the Highlands Reserve Championship Golf Course.
A few minutes walk from the resort is a shopping centre which has a large Publix Supermarket, 3 banks, an Applebees restaurant and various other food outlets. A 10 minute drive away is another shopping centre with a very large Walmart.
A shuttle bus service is available everyday taking you to the major theme parks which can be booked at reception.

Our spacious master bedroom, located upstairs, has a kingsize bed, en-suite with a large bath and shower, balcony with table/chairs, cable TV, room safe and walk in wardrobe.
The second master bedroom is located downstairs, having a queen size bed, en-suite with bath/shower, large wardrobe and cable TV.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located upstairs with twin single beds, walk in wardrobes and cable TV in both rooms. Both rooms share the third bathroom which has a bath/shower.

Living Room:
Our spacious open plan living/dinning room has patio doors leading to landscped gardens, 2 sofas (one being a sofa bed) cable TV, DVD player, telephone and dinning table with seating for 6 people.
Kitchen:
The kitchen comes equipped with all the usual white goods and a small table/chairs for eating your snacks. Located off the hall is a cloakroom.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
A cleaning charge of $85 is applicable on any bookings less than 5 nights and any additional cleans requested by guests. All towels both around the pool area and in our home are provided.
Further Details:
Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens, Wet n Wild, Boggy Creek Ride, Gatorland, International Drive and plenty of Shopping Malls.
Booking Notes:
20% deposit is required when booking our home the balance is then due 10 weeks prior to your holiday. Prices DO NOT include Florida State Tax.
Daily and extended rates available upon request. A credit card will be required when checking in as security against any damages that may occur during your stay.
A $10 resort fee, (per house per day) is payable to the management (not me) when checking in. This provides guests with a temporary membership for the resorts facilities.
Check in is from 4pm, check out is before 11am.
