This beautiful Thai style villa close to the beach and is ideal for both holidays and long term rentals. There are three bedrooms and two shower rooms (one en-suite to the master bedroom).The villa has been tastefully furnished and has a large modern western style kitchen. The large 16m swimming pool with waterfall is shared with one other property only.
The villa sits within a walled enclosure but still enjoys beautiful views across the lake and countryside. The beautiful palm fringed beach of Lipa Noi is only a short walk away, and is ideal for both young and old alike.

The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms in total; two double, one twin and one cot. One of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities, this gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and kettle. You will also find a dish washer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.
Other:
The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
Beach:
Beach is 5 minutes away.
