This tastefully decorated apartment consists of an open plan living and dining area, two bedrooms (one with a double, the other twin beds), bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels and a welcome pack are supplied.
This luxury second floor apartment can sleep up to six people. Air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms throughout keep you cool whilst central heating keeps you snug and warm in the evenings if required. There is a furnished and covered south facing terrace with a garden area which overlooks the calm and peaceful surroundings.
Sea views can be seen throughout the resort and course. Two sets of golf clubs supplied in the apartment.
The Seve Ballesteros Peraleja designed course is adjacent to the complex.

Other: Terrace with table and chairs to sit 6 overlooking swimming pool and gardens. There is ample parking and a private garage. Outside areas of the building have external lighting. The apartment offers air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. Additional apartments next to, and below, are available for larger groups.
The apartment is on the second floor with terrace overlooking the swimming pool and 14th Green. The covered terrace is ideal for watching the kids play or taking it easy as the sun goes down with all day sunshine.
The sun rises at the back of the apartment and sets in front of the terrace. Because of the shape of the terrace you will always be able to find a sunny or shady spot, whichever you prefer.
The apartment may not be suitable for wheelchair users although a lift is part of the apartment access.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included and are changed each week, or at the end of your stay if that is sooner. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
Please leave 55 euros in the apartment prior to departure for the cleaning/laundry charge. The keys to the property will be sent via first class mail at least a week prior to your arrival.
Beach: Murcia's main attraction is the Mar Menor with a large lagoon separated by a long strip of land - La Manga. The calm, shallow waters are ideal for bathing. The temperature of the Mar Menor is 5ºc warmer than that of the Mediterranean and an extra feature is the mud bathes which are famous for any skin ailments and is free.
Further Details: This region has an average annual temperature of 21 degree C and 300 days of sunshine every year. There are many golf courses in this area and lots to do as well for the non-golfer.
The apartment is located in the Nicklaus designed Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort with discounted green fees starting at 45 Euros as part of your stay. Tee times can be booked directly from the apartment. Two sets of golf clubs are supplied in the apartment.
There is good fishing and hill climbing in this area. Horse riding available, go karting and much more. This area is well known for its festivals and its historic buildings.
The whole complex at Hacienda Riquelme has been developed around a splendid 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. It has a total area of 1.353.041 sq metres with the golf course, green areas and communal services all within a protected perimeter. CCTV cameras and controlled access to the resort ensure 24 hour security.
Apart from the course itself there are a host of other facilities such as a clubhouse, pro-shop, driving range and golf academy. Every care has been taken to preserve the charm and elegance of this manor estate, with its beautiful landscaped gardens, water features, large avenues flanked by native plants and views through the valley to the Mar Menor.
The location and setting of Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort combines both the romance of the past along with all the conveniences of modern living. The accommodation on the resort features apartments set in small groups around communal pools overlooking the golf course.
In the centre of Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort the Town Centre is being developed spread over 4,500 sq metres. The heritage of the old Hacienda will be conserved and improved and here you will be able to find a whole host of services, including many bars, restaurant and leisure facilities. As at April 2008 Hacienda Riquelme has at present a supermarket, cafe/bar, golf shop and tennis court all for your convenience whilst the town centre is under construction.
Directions: take the C3319 in the direction of Murcia from the airport. Then take the Sucina-Avileses F-20 junction. Once on this road carry on straight through the village of Avileses and towards the direction of Sucina. Before reaching Sucina follow the signs for Murcia. Take this turning and carry on until you see the signs for Hacienda Riquelme.
Car hire is recommended and this can be arranged independently or though Polaris World who will transport you by courtesy car to the resort.
