Richmond train station is a 5 minute walk (with connections to central London in 20 minutes) and Richmond Hill with a fantastic view of the Thames 15 minutes walk. For tennis, Wimbledon is 20 minutes by car. Kew Gardens is 5 minutes by car.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included and are changed each week, or at the end of your stay if that is sooner. Cleaner arrives every Monday.
Further Details: Richmond upon Thames lies 15 miles southwest of central London - a fast train from Waterloo Station will bring you there in 15 minutes. When you arrive you will emerge into a different world.

Notes on booking: We accept cheques, BACS payments and payment by Pay Pal. We require a £250 security deposit which will be refunded within 10 working days of departure after an inventory check.
A 40% deposit will secure your booking, and the balance is payable in full 8 weeks before your holiday when a refundable security /breakages deposit will be required in the sum of £250.
We provide a meet and greet service or alternatively the keys to the property will be sent via first class mail at least a week prior to your arrival.
