Luxury apartment in the millionaires paradise of Port Grimaud. This new first floor south-facing apartment sleeping 1 - 4 people is situated in Port Grimaud Sud within walking distance of a quiet sandy beach overlooking St Tropez.
It offers a bedroom with a double bed, shower room and living room with comfortable double and single sofa beds and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchenette is well equipped with a four-ring electric hob, microwave, grill, oven and dishwasher. Lounge-TV, DVD player and CD player/radio/cassette are also included.
The large furnished balcony looks out over the river Giscle and garden with private swimming pool. (Les Grimaudieres are the only apartments in Port Grimaud with a swimming pool.) There is plenty of activity to watch on the river as well as the small boatyard opposite. Free secure car parking is provided. Port Grimaud is a Venetian-styled resort with shops, restaurants, and many bars. It has its own beaches and water taxis. There is a local market twice a week, which sells a wonderful range of French cuisine.
