Viglatsouri House is an exceptionally spacious villa, built to the highest standards, that stands gracefully amidst olive and cypress trees on the Greek Island of Corfu. The house is located in the Viglatsouri area, above the picturesque village of Nissaki, just a 20-minute drive from the historic town of Corfu.
The area offers access to a multitude of indoor and outdoor activities and is situated in close proximity to some of Corfu's most famous sites and hidden local treasures. The House is also within a 1.5 km distance from shops, tavernas and beaches. A fully equipped kitchen, game room and swimming pool are some of the many luxuries the house has to offer, including a breath-taking view of the Ionian Sea, Mount Pantokrator and the town of Corfu.
The 4 bedroom 5 bathroom house can accommodate 8 to 10 people without hindering privacy. The house has central heating and air conditioning. The upper floor has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate bathroom and a twin bedroom with its own balcony. On the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen with breakfast nook and an informal lounge area with fireplace, lead down to a high-ceilinged lounge and formal dinning room. Three sets of patio doors will bring you onto the large terrace and its magnificent view. On this floor you will also find a private area with two more bedrooms, each with a bathroom of its own.
As for the lower floor, a large den and spacious game room complete with wet bar, pool table, chess and exercise bike, make this part of the house ideal for children as well as for adults. Sliding patio doors lead onto the terrace and down to the swimming pool and built-in barbecue. Tucked away on the mountainside and surrounded by gardens and trees, this spacious villa easily accomodates large parties and families by providing privacy and comfort.
