Orlando is central for the gulf coast to the west, with Clearwater and its spectacular beaches and many beaches around Tampa only 1 hours drive. To the east is the excellent Cocoa Beach and space coast only 40 mins away (where, if you’re lucky you may see one of the launches from nearby Cape Kennedy Space Centre)!
Ideal for Orlando international airport approx 40 minutes away or Sanford approx 1hours drive, you will be only 5 minutes away from the famous Champions Gate golf course and the new and exclusive championship golf courses of Reunion. Car hire is essential.

To the rear, a spacious living room with 50'' plasma TV, DVD, DVR to record or pause live cable TV, ipod station, leather sofas and views to pool, 50'' HDTV with DVR recorder over 200 channels, 10 Moviemax film channels and HD channels. To the front a second formal sitting room with Midi hi-fi and sofas with access to formal dinning room with seating for 8. Games room with pool table, football table and more.
Kitchen:
Large fully equipped kitchen with cooker, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast table 4 chairs and breakfast bar with 2 chairs and all the usual appliances.
Other:
All rooms have air-conditioning and heating to make your stay comfortable all year round, the pool has a safety fence and doors are alarmed for safety of our younger guests also stairgate, highchair and cot available. There is a safe for your valuables and the house if fully alarmed to a central station.
We will also supply you with a free use of a Tom Tom Satellite Navigation unit, this will take you from the airport directly to the Villa and help you find the best of Orlando without the chance of getting lost, pool area with large decking, 30ft x 15ft heated pool and Jacuzzi, patio furniture and gas barbacue with ceiling fans. Also games room with pool table, football table and utility room includes, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The villa will be cleaned and beds made prior to your arrival, all towels are included with the exception of beach towels.
Beach:

Booking Details
| Booking Details | Deposit of £150 is due at the time of booking, this is used as a bond and is refunded on return of keys and confirmation of no excessive cleaning or damage (usually within 14 days of your return). The balance is due 8 weeks before your departure. If you would like to take advantage of the Free Tom Tom navigation unit you will need to confirm on booking, and there is a refundable £50 deposit on return of unit in undamaged working order. |
