This apartment is just a 10 minute walk from the beach, on the island of Menorca, referred to as the jewel of the Balearic Islands.
Boasts an onsite bar and just a short walk from all amenities, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, activities, entertainment, doctors and chemist. The complex benefits from a large communal pool with a shallow end and a separate paddling pool perfect for the younger children.
Spacious private balcony/terrace with wonderful views of the gardens and surrounding area, complete with patio furniture to enable you to relax and dine al fresco. The apartment is ideal for families, friends and people of all ages, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The twin bedrooms have ceiling fans to help keep cool during those hot nights, fitted wardrobes, one with fixed key safe. Complete bathroom and spacious lounge/dining room with patio furniture provided for sitting out on the private balcony/terrace.
Within the complex is a bar offering a selection of food, drinks, TV and internet access (some facilities only available in peak season so please check with us to avoid disappointment).
The supermarkets are always well stocked and offer a variety of both English and local cuisine and with the local chemist and hairdressers everything you need is on hand. By day you can hire a car and discover the rest of the island, go on a guided tour and let someone else do the driving, just sit back and relax by the pool or at the beach or run off some of the kid's energy on the trampolines, bouncy castle or at the go-cart circuit. During the evening you have a choice to chill out at your apartment which is located in such a place that it still remains peaceful or you can check out the local entertainment and events.
With a great selection of evening entertainment ranging from top of the crop live cabaret, karaoke, bingo, a game of pool, a boogie at the famous "Xoroi" caves nightclub or just a few drinks in a quiet bar.
Bedroom(s): Both bedrooms have a ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes (one bedroom has a key safe), twin beds, bed head, 2 bedside tables and window with both curtains and shutters so that you can maintain privacy but keep the windows open to allow a cooling breeze into the room. There is also an iron and ironing board in one bedroom.

Bathroom: Complete bathroom with bath, shower spray, WC, bidet, mirror and wash basin.
Living Room: Living/dining room with TV, TV unit with storage, DVD/CD player, sofa bed, coffee table, dining room table with 5 chairs, glass doors and shutters that can open right out to extend your living space out onto the terrace/balcony and give wonderful views of the grounds. We also provide a selection of books for you to enjoy during your stay and if you wish to take with you a book you started to read from the apartment and leave behind a finished book that you brought with you then please do.
Kitchen: Fully equipped fitted kitchen with American bar, fridge/freezer, oven with hob, microwave, juicer, coffee filter and window over the sink. You should find everything you need to prepare and cook a meal during your stay.
Other: The spacious private terrace/balcony offers relaxing views of the complex grounds and as we provide a patio table and chairs you can use it for anything from sitting back with a book and unwinding to dining out.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Please bring your own towels for use on the beach and by the pool. Linen and towels for bathing and showering will be provided and changed after the first week on multi-week lets. A charge of 10 Euros per week is made for use of the safe with a 20 Euro refundable deposit upon return of the key. Payment upon arrival.
Beach: Situated on the south coast on top of amazing cliffs and a large horseshoe shaped cove beach with the sand sloping gently into the sea make this beach perfect for young children to paddle and play.
Just a 10 minute walk from the complex and accessed by a range of methods, you can go down 181 steps, the sloping pavement or by using the land train that runs every 45 minutes the beach is ideal for children who like to paddle and those who prefer to spend the day building sand castles.
The cliff edges that shape the beach into its horseshoe layout are perfect hideouts for fish meaning that a snorkel is a must have, but if you don't have one yet then don't panic. Not only is there a shop selling swimwear, gifts, inflatable's, snorkels and fishing nets but also restaurants and bars where you can get water, ice-cream, lunch, glass of wine or a beer. So once you are down at the beach there is no need to go back up again until you are done for the day.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for hire as are pedalos that have a slide on them for added amusement.

Car hire is available from the airport or locally (www.menorcacarhire.com). Local buses run regularly between Calan Porter, the airport and other towns. There is a taxi rank in Calan Porter centre or pre-book one: +34 971 367 111. Full directions will be given with the booking confirmation.
Cots and highchairs can be provided upon request. Please ask for a quote if you are looking for a long term or out of season let.

Booking Details
| Booking Details | We can accommodate any start day and length of stay that works out best and most economical for you with flights. We ask for a 30% deposit for same year bookings and a 50% deposit when your holiday is being booked for the following year. Deposits are payable by credit card, cheque or bank transfer with the remainder payable upon arrival. |
