Our large luxury single storey four bedroom Floridian style house has two living areas, a very well equipped kitchen. All four bedrooms have televisions, two have VCR and there is also a playstation and a selection of games.
The villa has it's own private swimming pool, a top of the range 39 jet hot tub and also a games room including a 7ft pool table, air hockey table, ice hockey table, table football, darts and baby toys and many other games for your enjoyment plus sports equipment for use on the community facilities. The villa also has Its own computer and FREE broadband internet and BBQ. All this is located in Weston Hills, one of the best gated communities West Kissimmee has to offer.
On driving through the coded gates you will notice how beautifully kept the community is with a tree lined avenue on your entrance and well maintained flowered borders. It is located on US27 just 1 mile from the new Walmart Supercentre and other major supermarkets, restaurants, and very close to all the well known area attractions but also only a minutes drive to the beautiful state park of Lake Louisa with its own beach, nature trails and fishing, also close by are many golf courses details of which are available in our villa. Within the Weston Hills sub-division we have a community area, for your pleasure which includes a tennis court, basketball court, volley ball court, children's play area, swimming pools, nature trail, children's aquatic play pool and BBQ facilities.
The living areas are tiled throughout and the whole villa is fitted with a superior furniture package. The villa is fully airconditioned and all linens and towels and pool/beach towels are provided. A baby cot (crib), highchair, stroller and baby monitor are also provided as well as FREE local telephone calls. The property is managed by a professional and local management company who can be reached by a touch of a button on the phone keypad.

Gulf Coast just 1 hour away. The Atlantic coast just a 90 minute drive.

Disney Theme Parks just a 10 minute drive. Universal, lots of water parks and just an hours drive to the gulf coast and beaches.
