An idylic villa set in a quiet valley in the heart of the Algarve, Casa Magnolia is ideal for a quiet and restful family holiday. It has a well-fitted kitchen and a large living room with central heating and an open fire. Most importantly is has it's own private pool. The pool has tree around it, so there is always some shade, very important on those long sunny Algarvian summer days when temperature can reach 30 degrees, with the pool getting up to 25 degrees - yes 25 degrees!
There is a large barbeque area with built in barbeque with a very large marble table in a shaded and lightly covered area for long evenings with sangria, wine and indeed the odd gin and tonic!
The villa is located between Lagoa and Carvoeiro in a complex of around 35 villas. There are two tennis courts and a large communal pool beside the site bar/restaurant (highly recommended). There is a Hotel (Vale D'el Rei with restaurant) and a restaurant O Simplicio within walking distance (approx 5 minutes). It is a quiet residential area approx 2 miles from Lagoa and three miles to Carvoerio. We would recommend all guests to hire a car for their stay.

Quinta do Rosal, is a charming Algarve family resort situated in Vale D'el Rei, near to Carvoeiro and its many fine beaches. Quinta do Rosal is a peaceful Algarve retreat close to the many amenities offered in the area of Carvoeiro, including beautiful beaches like Praia da Marinha, Carvoerio Village and Albandeira. The holiday resort has a top-class Restaurant 'Brasserie Rosal', large swimming pool, separate children's splash pool, two tennis courts, table tennis, table football and a small play area for children.
Carvoerio is a small fishing village with dozens of restaurants from cheap and cheerful to up-market. It has a lovely beach with plenty of character. The people are extremely friendly.
The two nearest golf courses are 5 minutes (Gramacho and Pinta) with several others within 30 minutes of the villa.
