If you are looking for a luxury holiday villa to rent in Phuket then these two villas are among the best you will find to rent in Thailand. Both 4-bed detached private villas have their own secluded infinity swimming pools with beautiful views of the sunset and the Andaman Sea (Indian Ocean). The villas are set amongst palm trees in the rolling hills behind Kata beach to make the most of the cooling breezes and the fabulous sunsets.
Imposing cut limestone walls protect each villa with personal drive-in remote controlled gates. Each villa has undercover parking for two cars.
Each villa has its own chef and housekeeper. Fabulous breakfasts of your choice are included in the rental. Fresh fruit, juices and smoothies, freshly baked breads and pastries and bacon and eggs as well if you wish. Both chefs are excellent cooks and the will purchase prepare and cook any meals that you would like. You only pay the actual cost of the ingredients from the local markets which are extremely reasonable by Western comparison. They also prepare Western “comfort food” for the children if you wish. There are two large supermarkets with a huge selection of Thai and Western foods just 10 miles away.

Each villa has its own private rooftop infinity pool, which is well secluded from the other villas. We have installed special filtration equipment that provides crystal clear water with hardly any chemicals – lady guests have even reported that the water is so clear they do not have to wash their hair after swimming and going out in the evening. Each pool has a powerful jacuzzi cleverly situated to enjoy the view and sunset while tasting that exotic cocktail.
High-speed broadband wireless Internet is freely included for 1 hour per day at any time – If you require more this available at the cost of a few baht per hour although we have found that many families prefer that Internet time is restricted while on holiday!
There is a powerful lap top and printer available for those who do not wish to bring their own laptop – although we would emphasise that you are supposed to come here for a holiday!
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Unlike most villas our staff are full time and always on hand to assist you. All linen, towels, beach towels and towelling bathrobes are included. Our staff – your staff during your stay – will clean the villas every day and provide snacks and drinks at any time to suit you. WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY. Exotic toiletries, fresh towels and hairdryers are all included.
Beach:
Kata beach is renowned as the best beach on Phuket for sunbathing with all types of water sports depending on the season. November to April (approx.) the sea is flat calm ideal for swimming, snorkelling, paragliding, diving, water skiing, all types of boat hire and sunbathing. May to October (approx) there is great surf with all types of boards to hire.

You will be met at Phuket airport by our staff and driven to the villa either in our lovely new seven seater Toyota 4x4 turbo-diesel (this is available for special reduced hire rate if required) or a larger mini bus if required.
Phuket Country club (An 18 hole and a 9-hole course) and Loch Palm (2 great 18 hole courses) are both within 15 miles of the villas. Internationally famous Blue Canyon and several other good courses within a 45-minute drive makes this a venue for top golf.
Phuket is fast becoming the number 1 holiday destination in south East Asia – a good local infrastructure with modern communications linked with local thais and fishermen carrying out traditional Thai crafts and livelihoods. Fabulously clean beaches and sea, wonderful climate, incredible food and of course great golf.
