In a sleepy vineyard hamlet set in a hectare of gardens, Les Rossignols is an 18th Century grange with 6 person spa and solar heated pool, just 20 minutes from Bordeaux in south west France.
As your holiday is one of the most important events of the year it is our philosophy to provide you with the highest standard of accommodation and advice so that your holiday here is a memorable experience. This is born out by the high percentage of our guests who return again and again. Our approach is both professional and friendly. Our guests are invited for an aperitif (or two) on their first evening so that we can advise them on the many things to do and see in this beautiful region.
We are constantly upgrading the property and gardens and pay attention to the smallest details. For example the house is well stocked with herbs and spices with fresh herbs growing in the garden.
The grounds are a child's paradise with the pool, trampoline, animals to feed and wildlife.
Our own house backs onto the same grounds, so although the guest's area is private, we are on hand for emergencies and are fluent in French. Emergencies include helping guests out if they run out of wine!

Ground floor double bedroom suite with en-suite shower room and toilet. Upstairs, four bedrooms, one large double with queen-size bed and en-suite shower room with toilet, two twins and a standard double.

There is lots of space for children to play in the large gardens and animals to feed - 2 donkeys, angora goats and chickens, a 3 metre trampoline with safety net, swings, slide and paddling pool for toddlers.
The nearest village for shopping is Peujard, 3 minutes drive, and the nearest small town St Andre de Cubzac 5 minutes. Bordeaux is 25 minutes away.

Linen and towels are provided and beds prepared for your arrival.

The house is ideally placed for Bordeaux, St Emilion, Cognac, the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic coast, chateaux visits, wine tasting and many excellent golf courses.
Browse the local markets, relax in the luxury 6 person spa, cycle in the surrounding countryside, take the tram into the beautiful city of Bordeaux, sample the regional cuisine and specialities and of course don't forget the wine tasting!
