Set in its own eight acres of terraced land, the farmhouse has wonderful views down towards the coast below and easy access to the mountains above. The surrounding hills are excellent walking country. The farmhouse is in a serene location among almond groves and 200-year old olive trees half way up the valley of Fuente Amarga. With fresh air and utter peace and quiet away from the packed "costas".

Living Room(s):
The whole front of the house upstairs is made up of one room 20m long. At one end is a large open fireplace with a sofa, small armchairs and Moorish tables. At the other end there are two sofas, a CD hi-fi system, colour TV, VCR and DVD player (good selection of DVDs). The sofas (three seater and two seater) are also sofa beds (double and single), and bedding is also provided for these.
Between the two areas is a large dining table. Dining is also possible downstairs at the traditional country kitchen table.
There is also an additional living room downstairs with a comfortable sofa and bookcases packed with english books.
kitchen:
The rustic kitchen is fully equipped (2 cookers, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher) and has all the pots and pans you could need.
Other:
Around the house there are approx 400sq metres of paved terrace and gardens,
a walled patio at the rear, large patio at the side of the house with 180º views of the valley below and 150sq metres of tiled patio at the front of the house with a 10m x 5m swimming pool.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Bed linen is provided and included in the price. There is an additional charge for final cleaning, depending on number in party.
Beach:
Nearest beach is at Mojácar about 40 minutes by car.
